Hi! We’re Carrie and Autumn, and we’re looking for a select group of ambassadors to launch our pet affiliate program. We founded Woof Releaf to give other pet parents a simple, all natural CBD treat – and we want you to join us with getting the word out (and making some money too!). That’s it, natural and organic treats from us, to you, to your pet friends.

We’re looking for a select group of 10 pet parents to join our pet ambassador program. Please fill out the form below with your information and we’ll reach out to you as we make our selections.

Everyone who enters their information is eligible for the program and will be vetted by the Woof Releaf team. If you are not selected for the initial launch group we’ll reach out to you after we have a chance to build and perfect the program.
